This project encompassed the complete renovation/rehabilitation of the historic Rhode Island Attorney General Office located at 150 South Main Street in Providence.  The design incorporated modern technology as well as security.

Secure executive suites located on the third floor included reception, executive office, kitchenette, conference room, and private bath.

The main level supports public access within in a controlled environment, an executive board room, and adjacent training room. The lower-level houses high density file storage, a mock courtroom, a café, and off-duty spaces. Existing chandeliers and wall sconces were restored and reused within the executive board room.

The overall project encompassed complete renovation of 43,000 square feet.

Construction began in early February 2018 and was completed in four phases, with employees relocated to a different building floor during each phase. The entire project was completed in the Spring 2020.
