“The construction of the new Blackstone Valley Community Health Care facility posed various challenges throughout construction. Such challenges included a tight site, adjacent occupied health care facilities, limited parking and access. Utilities, parking and access all had to be maintained to occupied facilities while constructing the new building and ACC found the way to make it all work ACC's willingness to work cooperatively addressing issues was second to none.

I would also like to acknowledge the extra effort made by ACC for working with our tenants fitting out their spaces.
