ACC has long valued relationships with virtually all the subcontractors and suppliers in the area; as well as local and state building officials, fire marshals, and other regulatory agencies such as the Department of Environmental Management (DEM). ACC has completed many projects, both Open Shop and Prevailing Wage, and has long-standing relationships with both non-Union and Union subcontractors and affiliated organizations.

ACC estimates and constructability reviews are performed by the principals and lead staff of the firm who have a long history of providing detailed accurate estimates as well as useful constructability reviews and value engineering suggestions to ensure the project achieves its budget objectives and achieves maximum value.
