The expansion of the Kingston Hill Academy developed as a result of RIDE Stage II Necessity of School Construction Application. The planned 10,000 SF expansion allowed the public charter school to accommodate the growth in their student population from 190 to 260 students, as well as provide educational programs that were not possible with the space available previously.

The occupied campus expansion included three different phases whereby ACC completed construction documents and provided bidding administration for the academy.
