Denison Pharmaceuticals

This Project is the expansion and complete renovation of Denison Pharmaceuticals’ Lincoln Facility which enabled Denison to consolidate and relocate their manufacturing and office facilities from other parts of the State into one location.

The Lincoln Facility project included and was not limited to Building, ADA and Fire Code upgrades, new Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Process Water, Process Waste and Security Systems. Interior renovations include new partitions, new ceilings and soffits; new interior and exterior doors and hardware; new millwork, casework, fixtures and built-in components; as well as new finishes throughout.
